Autoliv and Hangsheng Electric plan safety electronics JV for Chinese car market
STOCKHOLM, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Swedish auto safety gear maker Autoliv ALV.N, ALIVsdb.ST said on Thursday it plans to form a joint venture with Chinese electric vehicle electronics group Hangsheng Electric to make safety electronics for the Chinese market.
